What an embedded month looks like

First, I find out what’s actually true about your business online: what a stranger sees, where people find you, what your competitors are doing that you aren’t, and where the path from “interested” to “paid” is broken. You get that written up plainly, with the reasoning shown, so you can disagree with it.

Then I build. Not recommendations for you to implement, but the actual automations, in your accounts, using your real work. I set up tracking so you can see which traffic turns into money, and so a change can be tested rather than argued about.

Throughout, I show you how everything works. Every tool I build is meant to be edited by you, and I’d rather teach you to change it than be the only person who can.

And I’ll tell you when something isn’t worth doing yet. Automating a broken process just breaks it faster, so sometimes the honest answer is to fix it by hand first.
